There's nothing like a sale.....

To increase my hoarding capabilities. Send me an extra 10% off code and I will buy every colour of every item. I have been known to consider buying the same item because its a bargain. I mean what the what!?!
I pray my husband never discovers this as he will leave me and then where will I put all my stuff!

So its the start of a New Year and there are sales aplenty. Whoot.  Although I have been slightly disappointed this year. I do get excited mid January when Boots do the 75% off and I go all crazy and buy stuff to fill my wardrobe for 'birthday gifts'. Trouble is, I often just end up using them for myself.

This last year I have gone a bit frock mental. I love a good dress and being of a *ahem* curvy disposition, I like something that enhances my ta tas but pulls in my waist and doesnt make my arse look lardy.  So I give you the 3 that I bought in the sale.....

The Vintage Godess

This is by Fever Fish and is just lovely. Its a really good looking dress that works all the right places.
Its full on booby but not enough to make you blush. It sits right on the waist and then hangs lovely on the tush. Was an absolute bargain as some of the Pin Up Girl dresses sell for a hundred quid! I love this and I can't wait to wear it.

The refined lady.

Picked this beaut up from Oasis. I dont often find anything in my size that I like but I tried this on and its perfect. Once again, have gone for a traditional shape but the material and effect of the layering is just too damn pretty. An absolute bargain at fifteen spondoolies.

The wacky one

This one makes me want to break into the song about wild horses. Its a quirky little number from the So Fabulous range and is the perfect work dress. It is extremely chesty and so an orange vest is needed underneath but its so cute I couldnt not buy it. Again it was a snip at about seven quid! You see why I struggle not buying :)

So those are my 3 latest purchases. I have another 3 purchases on the way so will post when they arrive. Happy Monday!

Latest buys....ageing woes and bags to make me feel younger

My current obsession is my age. And my wrinkles. And how long it is before people start asking when am I having botox.
I have always been a big believer in mositurising but now am thinking more about preventing the little swine lines that are forming around my peepers.
I don't generally research before I buy as my skin is so god damn fussy so I like to go off other products that I have tried.
So here are the latest offerings.....

First skin care bad boy is.....
Kiehls midnight recovery
This stuff smells lush. Lavendery and subtle. Makes me feel sleepy. I use it before I go to bed and although I can't say that I fully think it's turning me into Scarlett Johansson, it does feel nice and as I have said sends me off to sleep.

L'occitaine divine cream
Lush lush lush lush lush. Never tried this brand before but this cream has made me want to rush out and fill my boots. It's creamy enough to want to smear it on your crackers and leaves your skin feeling bloody amazing. Smells of honey.I have to say I can see a reduction in my little lines and leaves my skin baby soft. Am already obsessing about when it runs out (had it 3 weeks) and about buying some in ready for when it does. Tut. Told you. Obsessed.

MD cream
Got this from a groupon offer. Claims to be full of the good stuffs like collagen which is always a winner. Nice stuff. Doesn't smell of much but nice and think and absorbed nicely. Can't see any visable difference but give it time.

And finally.... A bag.  This is my main obsession when am not filling my casa with random gubbinsons.

Latest per-chase is a tangerine coloured kors shoulder bag. Lovely colour. Not had Michael Kors prior to this but am loving it. Lush soft leather and optional shoulder strap. Yush.

So there you are. First obsessional post done. Tomorrow. Sale purchases xxx

Welcome...come on in. Shall i tell you a secret...

I am obsessed. Obsessed and impulsive. Obsessed, impulsive and a hoarder. But you knew that already huh.
So, this is me. My very first blog. After spending years reading blogs and being excited about splurging I thought and why not. I buy stuff. Lots of random stuff.  If I see something that interests me and I dont get it, I obsess. To the point of waking up in hot sweats. Wondering if life can.ever...be...the..same without that bag/eyeshadow/scarf/tape dispenser.

So sit back, relax and prepare to be amazed at the amount of rubbish that I want, buy and then never use.

Mwahhhh OIHH xx
